1. Using the website
By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not damage the service, other users or EC TECH. If you do not accept these working terms, do not use restricted features.
2. Website information
Website content is general information, not a binding proposal, professional advice or a promise of results. Scope, timing, price, responsibilities, support and acceptance criteria must be agreed in writing for each engagement.
3. Enquiries and consultations
Submitting or preparing an enquiry does not create a contract. During construction, the public form does not transmit, store or queue information. Telephone or WhatsApp contact remains a manual action controlled by the user.
4. Portal access
Portal accounts are issued to authorised users. Users must protect their credentials, use only the organisation and project records assigned to them, and report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
EC TECH may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect accounts, records, service availability or other users, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
5. Project records, tickets and files
Portal content should be accurate, relevant to the authorised project and free from passwords, secrets, unlawful material or information the user lacks permission to share.
A file appearing in the Portal does not by itself prove approval, acceptance or legal validity. Status and authority must be confirmed through the implemented workflow and project agreement.
6. Intellectual property
The website design, text, software and brand materials are protected to the extent permitted by applicable law. Project deliverables, licences and third-party materials are governed by the written project agreement.
7. Availability and changes
EC TECH may maintain, change or withdraw website features. No uninterrupted availability or error-free operation is promised. Planned support levels belong in the applicable written agreement.
8. Warranties and liability
Warranty and liability arrangements belong in the applicable written service agreement. This website does not add a separate commercial guarantee.
9. Governing law and disputes
Consult the applicable agreement for dispute procedures. Nothing on this website overrides mandatory rights that apply to a user.
10. Contact
Questions may be raised through the verified EC TECH telephone or WhatsApp channel. Contract notices must follow the notice method in the signed agreement once confirmed.
