Construction-stage information

These pages describe the current website and Portal practices. Project-specific scope and responsibilities belong in the agreed engagement documents.

1. Authorised use

Use public tools for lawful evaluation and planning. Use Portal access only for the organisation, projects and roles assigned to your account.

2. Account security

Keep credentials private, use accurate identity information and report suspected compromise. Do not bypass authentication, role boundaries, request protection or access controls.

3. Prohibited activity

Do not probe or disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, scrape protected information or use the service to violate another person’s rights.

4. Files and project records

Upload only material you are authorised to share and that is necessary for the project. Do not upload passwords, private keys, unlawful material or unnecessary sensitive records.

EC TECH does not claim an external malware-scanning service is active. A file may be held, rejected or removed where the production process or agreement requires review.

5. Support tickets

Use tickets for relevant support context. Do not include credentials. Severity, response targets and resolution responsibilities apply only when documented in the project or support agreement.

6. Protective action

Access may be limited when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect records or maintain service availability, subject to the applicable agreement and law.

7. Reporting concerns

Use the verified EC TECH contact details or the protected support route to report suspected misuse or account compromise.

Responsible AI use

Use AI features only with information you are authorised to share. Check important outputs against their source and keep a person responsible for consequential decisions. Do not use the public demonstrations to process confidential, regulated or sensitive records.

Requests to connect production data or actions require an agreed scope, access boundary and review process before activation.

Reporting a security concern

Contact EC TECH through the published contact route with a short description of the affected page and observed behaviour. Do not include passwords, access tokens or another person’s data in a public message.

Do not continue testing in a way that disrupts service, accesses private records or changes data. Coordinate any further investigation through an agreed authorised process.
