These pages describe the current website and Portal practices. Project-specific scope and responsibilities belong in the agreed engagement documents.
1. Essential Portal cookies
The protected Client Portal uses authentication and request-protection cookies needed for sign-in and secure requests. These are not used as advertising or analytics cookies.
2. Browser preferences
The public site may store appearance, language preference, saved public paths and non-sensitive planning state in your browser. This supports the experience on that device and is not a claim that the information is sent to EC TECH.
3. PWA cache storage
The service worker may cache approved public pages and static assets for offline use. Public forms, authentication routes, protected Portal pages, APIs, project records, tickets and files are excluded from the public offline cache.
4. Analytics and marketing
No analytics, advertising, behavioural profiling or marketing cookie service is connected in this construction build. A consent banner is therefore not added merely for appearance.
5. Your controls
You can clear site data through your browser, remove the installed PWA or sign out of the Portal. Clearing local storage may remove saved public preferences and planning selections.
6. Future services
If non-essential cookies or tracking are introduced, this notice and any required consent controls must be updated before activation.
