Eric Chuar Technologies Standards & Conformance

International Technology Standards for Reliable Digital Systems

IDAS, AITS, DCSS, DXPS and BISS are independent international technology standards developed by Eric Chuar Technologies. Together they give organizations measurable requirements for dependable applications, trustworthy AI, cybersecurity, accessible digital experience and integrated business systems, while allowing each applicant to select only the standards relevant to its responsibilities.

System view

How the five standards work together.

IDAS governs how an application is engineered and operated. AITS adds controls when AI participates in decisions, content or actions. DCSS addresses the wider cyber-risk and resilience environment. DXPS evaluates whether people can understand and use the experience accessibly and efficiently. BISS governs the processes, data and transactions that connect business systems.

An applicant does not need all five. A public information website may prioritize IDAS and DXPS. An AI assistant connected to customer records may need AITS alongside relevant IDAS, DCSS and BISS controls. Scope is chosen from actual responsibilities, material risks and available evidence—not from a bundle designed to enlarge certification.

Development and governance

A published route from proposal to renewal.

  1. 01

    Proposal

A change begins with a documented problem, affected scope and proposed outcome.

  2. 02

    Technical review

Requirements are checked for clarity, measurability, conflicts and unintended effects.

  3. 03

    Public revision record

Material published changes are described so users can understand the current version.

  4. 04

    Publication

An approved version receives its reference, status and effective content.

  5. 05

    Assessment

Applicant scope and evidence are evaluated against applicable mandatory requirements.

  6. 06

    Corrective action

Nonconformities are recorded, addressed and verified before a positive decision.

  7. 07

    Renewal

Continuing conformity and material change are reviewed; certification is not perpetual by assumption.

Conformance model

Certification requires evidence and a decision.

Application starts with scope: the organization, systems, locations, lifecycle stages and dependencies to be assessed. The programme reviews evidence, tests whether mandatory controls operate, records observations or nonconformities and verifies corrective action before a certification decision. Surveillance and renewal consider continuing operation and material change.

Foundation is readiness, Verified reflects completed control review, and Certified requires a formal positive decision. A page, self-assessment or payment does not create certification.
